Embroidery Design License Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully before downloading or using our designs.
1. Grant of License
By downloading content from WilcomStock, you agree to the terms of this license. WilcomStock grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual right to use the downloaded embroidery designs for permitted personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions set forth herein.
Permitted Uses
- Embroidering designs on physical products (apparel, accessories, home decor) for personal use.
- Embroidering designs on physical products for resale (Commercial Use) up to 500 units per design.
- Altering or resizing the design to fit your project needs (subject to integrity of the design).
- Using the design in marketing materials for the physical products you sell.
Prohibited Uses
- Reselling, sharing, copying, or distributing the digital embroidery file itself.
- Mass production (over 500 units) without an Extended Commercial License.
- Using the design as part of a logo, trademark, or service mark.
- Uploading the digital file to print-on-demand services or other stock sites.
2. Intellectual Property
All embroidery designs, including images and files, remain the sole property of WilcomStock or its contributors. This license provides you with the right to use the designs but does not transfer copyright or ownership to you.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The designs are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. WilcomStock does not warrant that the designs will meet your specific requirements or that they are error-free. We recommend test stitching every design before applying it to your final product.
4. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. WilcomStock reserves the right to terminate this license automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms set forth in this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the designs.
